Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel an order for any reason, please contact us at 713 501 5356. A customer service representative will determine if your order has been shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order for you.

RETURN POLICY

Within 14 days after receipt, if you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us at 713 501 5356. You must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Note: This request does not guarantee a Return Authorization. This request will be reviewed prior to acceptance. No returns are accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

REFUND POLICY

In order to receive credit, the product must be returned with shipping Pre-Paid and all items must be in “as-new” condition with all accessaries and manuals. Any descrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

All returned items for credit are subject to:
  1. Request for Return Authorization Number in advance
  2. Return Authorization Number issued
  3. Pre-Paid return shipping
  4. Deduction of shipping cost to your site
  5. Descrepancies
